From layout to ready-to-use.
Six controlled steps — the longest build phase happens in our factory, keeping site work and disruption to a minimum.
Planning
We build our planning on your brief, layout or concept — partnering with local planning firms to deliver a complete, code-compliant design.
- Architecture — design & layout
- Structural — load-bearing engineering
- Fire protection — safety & compliance
- Building services — MEP & technical systems
Manufacturing & Trial Assembly
All modules are produced in our facility and pre-assembled as a complete trial build under controlled conditions.
- Steel frame — fabricated to spec & approved planning
- Concrete floors — poured and integrated to eliminate vibration
- Interior finish — fitted in-factory to cut on-site time
- Technical room & AHU — prefabricated complete with ducting
Quality Control I — In-Factory
Every module is verified against all technical and hygienic standards before release.
- Electrical — wiring and systems fully tested
- Sanitary — plumbing and water systems verified
- Hygiene — medical-grade standards confirmed
- Stage gates — every step signed off before the next department
Delivery
Finished modules ship to site on a precise schedule — sized to your project and routed for the best balance of time and cost.
- Standard units — 4.3 m wide · 4.2 m high · up to 10 m long
- Custom sizes — smaller modules to match requirements
- Two production hubs — the Netherlands and Lithuania
- Ferry & truck — combined transport saves time and cost
Assembly & Commissioning
On-site assembly is deliberately short — crane-mounted in a short assembly window, followed by interior fit-out and commissioning.
- 1–2 weeks — typical crane assembly for small to large buildings
- 8–12 fitters — a compact crew on site at any one time
- Short closures — surrounding areas blocked only briefly
- Built in the works — short site time saves cost and avoids delays
Quality Control II — On-Site
On site, every system is verified once more — confirming the facility meets all medical and regulatory standards before handover.
- Electrical & sanitary — re-inspected in place
- Ventilation — air handling verified in operation
- Hygiene testing — contact-plate sampling and particle measurement
- Expert sign-off — all required statutory acceptance inspections
Ready to use
All six steps complete — your facility is delivered fully tested, certified and ready for immediate medical use.
- Fully certified — all inspections and approvals passed
- Turnkey handover — operational from day one
- Built for medical use — durable, compliant modular construction
